Qualifications at least 12 years of specific expertise in architecture and design of information systems
at least 12 years of specific expertise in Java (both with J2SE and J2EE) with extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of design patterns;
at least 10 years of specific expertise in relational databases (Oracle, Postgress..)
at least 5 years of specific expertise with visual modeling and design tools (like Archimate, Sparx Enterprise Architecture)
at least 5 years of specific expertise in UML (version 2.0 or above)
at least 8 years of specific expertise in developing secure web applications, with expertise in secure development practices
at least 5 years of specific expertise in Object Oriented design patterns e.g. Aspect-Oriented Programming (AOP)
at least 5 years of specific expertise in development of web services (REST and SOAP), with expertise in the design and development of web services
at least 4 years of specific expertise in data analysis and data modeling
at least 1 years of specific expertise in BPMN
at least 1 year of specific expertise with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, COBIT, Zachman,
at least 1 year of specific expertise in AI
Knowledge and skills:
Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, COBIT, Zachman…, and
actual experience developing and building models based on such framework
Knowledge of enterprise architecture notations such as ArchiMate, BPMN…
Knowledge of enterprise architecture tools such as ARIS…
Experience defining and implementing strategies under a CIO or equivalent
Ability to combine many different skills and experiences to address and solve business,
information, and technology related opportunities and problems
Extensive experience with enterprise architecture best practices and goals
Excellent leadership and conciliation skills
Communications skills, both verbal (e.g.: presentations, seminars, etc.), and written (e.g.: reports, articles, etc.).
Group session facilitation.
Promotion skills ("selling" the results of architectural approaches through presentations).
Analysis and design.
Modelling and graphical representations and abstractions.
