For a mid-sized, internationally oriented law firm in Brussels, we are looking for a
Business & Communication Assistant
who combines communication support with high-level administrative assistance.
Your focus
* Keeping the website and LinkedIn up to date
* Organising job fairs and client events (invitations, contact lists, logistics, follow-up)
* Supporting lawyers, with a strong focus on
PowerPoint/MS Office
* Back-up for office management tasks (incl. invoicing/urgent follow-up)
* Contributing to further digitalisation and implementation of internal tools
Your profile
* Excellent
English
* excellent
Dutch or French
(with passive knowledge of the other language)
* Strong MS Office skills, especially
PowerPoint
* Proactive, independent, accurate and service-minded
* Quick to learn new tools (
Adobe Acrobat Pro
is a plus)
