Position & objectives:
As an Executive Search Specialist, you will join the in-house Executive Recruitment team, based in Brussels, Belgium, to help source future leaders within various companies of the Eurofins network.
Your main focus is to fill and maintain a strong executive pipeline by helping to identify relevant prospects for senior roles.
More specifically, you will:
1. Develop and execute search strategies
2. Work closely with the other peers from the Talent Acquisition team to further strengthen the pipeline
3. Plan and manage interviews for senior candidates
4. Propose relevant profiles to senior management to support recruitment decisions
5. Ensure data quality linked to candidate management
6. Support ad hoc projects with a focus on executive talent pipelines
You will join an international office ideally located near parks and green spaces, bringing together colleagues from over 35 nationalities. Qualifications
Education: Graduated with a master’s degree in human resources, business or related degree.
Languages: Excellent English, both oral and written. Additional languages are a plus.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in recruitment or candidate sourcing for executive roles,delivering end-to-end executive search assignments and passive candidate sourcing. Experience from top-tier executive search agency or a professional in-house executive recruitment department is preferred.
Personal skills: Collaborative; strong networking and interpersonal skills; business acumen and interest in analysing market trends and movements; orientation to details; fast-learner.
