Customer Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide support to customers via phone, email and chat
* Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions
* Develop and maintain knowledge of our software to provide expert advice to customers
Requirements:
* Familiarity with CRM systems and software applications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
* Fluent in English; additional languages an asset
