Mission Overview: This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Senior Buyer specializing in Technology, Cloud, and Software Procurement. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise to dynamic environments and diverse challenges.
Mission Context: You will join the Technology and Market Data team within the client's Procurement organization. The key objectives of this mission, under the Keystone Solutions consultancy model, include:
Meeting the requirements of businesses and entities regarding external spending, ensuring the best cost-delivery-quality ratio and compliance with operational risk controls.
Optimizing third-party spend with a focus on Total Cost of Ownership and demand management.
Securing supplier relationships.
Defining norms and minimum control levels for procurement processes.
Category management.
Ensuring the acquisition of the right products and services from the best suppliers at true market conditions across all spend categories.
Function Description: As an IT Senior Buyer, you will ensure that software suppliers are reliable, deliver on time, and offer the best commercial conditions, in compliance with group rules and software contracting best practices. Your responsibilities, as a Keystone Solutions consultant, will include:
Implementing the client's IT procurement strategy.
Achieving savings through negotiated global or local contracts, aligned with internal customer needs for cost, quality, lead-times, and service levels.
Monitoring supplier risk within your portfolio.
Contributing to cross-category sourcing initiatives and global process and tools initiatives.
Actively participating in supplier management processes, such as steering committees and supplier risk and performance assessments, to ensure maximum contract compliance.

Education: Master or Bachelor degree
Required Experience / Knowledge: At least 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in Technology and specifically Software Procurement.
Technical Experience (Mandatory): Experience with software projects, software asset management, and strong digital affinity.
Detailed understanding of commercial and contractual models and cost drivers in the IT market for Software, SaaS, and cloud computing.
Capacity to challenge internal client needs and strong critical analysis skills.
Strong project management and reporting skills.
Risk analysis capabilities.
Knowledge of financial analysis.
Legal, contractual, and compliance knowledge.
Business Experience (Mandatory): Strong know-how of software dynamics and key players.
