Role Overview In the Financial Services industry, ESG and Sustainable Finance regulations are transforming how institutions operate. As an ESG / Sustainable Finance Manager/Senior Manager, you will identify and prioritize sustainability issues, assist clients in integrating sustainability into their corporate strategies, and help implement measurement and reporting processes. Your Responsibilities Lead ESG implementation projects, including developing processes, controls, non-financial reporting (CSRD), data management, and reporting dashboards. Engage with clients to understand ESG impacts, operational implications, and shape target operating models. Collaborate closely with clients to deliver tailored solutions. Stay updated on new regulations and assess their impact on financial institutions. Advise clients on risk management and regulatory compliance, helping operationalize these strategies. Develop holistic approaches to enhance trust, sustainability, and efficiency. Candidate Profile Master's degree in economics, business engineering, law, or related fields; ESG/Sustainable Finance specialization is a plus. At least 5 years of experience in non-financial risk auditing, risk assessment, or sustainability consulting within financial institutions. Concrete experience in ESG disclosures, taxonomy, risk indicators, etc. Excellent communication, critical thinking, and client-oriented skills. Team player, proactive, quick learner, and open to challenges. Fluent in Dutch and/or French and English. Interest in new technologies, data analytics, and automation.
