You will be the Scrum Master for an international team (Belgium and Taiwan) focused on DevOps, infrastructure, and security, working for a leading global technology company (client name confidential). The main stakeholders are IT, the Security Office, and R&D management.
Job Description
In this role, you will:
1. Coach the team to become more self-organized and autonomous.
2. Remove obstacles that hinder progress.
3. Facilitate agile ceremonies (standups, refinements, retrospectives), ensuring the team stays productive and focused on priorities.
4. Ensure that processes (such as Definition of Done) are followed.
5. Help the Product Owner with backlog prioritization.
Qualifications
Profile:
6. At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Team Leader in an agile (Scrum or Kanban) environment.
7. Strong knowledge of DevOps and/or security (cybersecurity or product security).
8. Proficiency in Python is a plus.
9. Comfortable working in an international, multicultural context.
10. Excellent communication, coaching, and team facilitation skills.
