Position: Digital Marketing Optimisation Specialist
Location: Lisbon, Portugal, hybrid (2 days in office)
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Implement optimization solutions: build campaigns for high-value advertising customers
* Create keyword packs, bids, and budget suggestions
* Gather and analyse data at both account and campaign level
* Create reports to support or aid the optimization strategies
* Use optimization techniques and work aligned to customers' goals across Search, Search Network (GSN), Mobile and Video
* Identify general opportunities in an account to help seize sales opportunities
* Maintain a thorough understanding of departmental process and policies
* Demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying areas requiring operational adaptation or improvement.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Native/fluent in Dutch, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
* Minimum 1-2 years experience in Digital marketing roles
* Experience working in a B2B environment and active use of Digital/Internet and online applications (AdWords, Advertising, etc.)
* AdWords Search fundamentals certified - will be considered as an advantage
* Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel)
* Technologically savvy and strong interest in new digital marketing trends
* The ability to learn, retain and apply large amounts of product, process and policy information
* Demonstrated capacity for critical thinking, analysis, and attention to detail
* Strong work ethics with constant focus on quality
* Able to work independently and as a part of the team.
