For our client in Heverlee, we are looking for a Training Administrator for the Engineering department. What can you expect?
* Identify and prioritize learning needs within the department.
* Configure and implement learning needs within the LMS.
* Function as the point of contact for practical administrative support for both internal and external stakeholders.
* Collect data related to learners and follow up on our learning KPIs.
* Follow up on training evaluations and actively support training development.
* Collaborate on process improvement projects in the area of Learning & Development.

Profile
Who are you?
* You have a Bachelor's degree and relevant experience in a role with a strong organizational and administrative focus, preferably in the domain of Learning & Development.
* You work independently, efficiently and accurately.
* You enjoy tackling different challenges on a practical, organizational and technical level.
* You are familiar with working with CSOD (Cornerstone On Demand), SAP SF, Workday or another LMS.
* Since you will be working in cross-functional teams, strong communication and reporting skills are required.
* Due to the international environment, fluency in English and Dutch is required, both written and verbal.
