The Role
• Translating business needs into well‑structured functional and technical processes and data models
• Collaborating closely with Solution Architects, Technical Leads, Application Owners, and business stakeholders
• Delivering stable, high‑performance, and scalable solutions aligned with Enterprise Architecture standards
• Providing expert technical guidance to squad members and taking a leading role in defining and driving key technical decisions
• Maintaining an end‑to‑end understanding of all applications that interact with your domain
• Taking ownership of squad‑managed applications and assets, including ongoing CMDB maintenance
• Balancing and prioritizing technical requirements alongside business expectations within the squad backlog
• Anticipating and coordinating lifecycle activities such as functional upgrades, technical migrations, and security updates
• Offering hands‑on operational support during hotline (day) and watch duty (night) rotations
• Serving as an escalation point for critical incidents to ensure timely and effective resolution
• Acting as a mentor and providing direction to more junior colleagues, helping guide and drive the team
Requirements — Must Have
• 5+ years of experience designing solutions in distributed environments
• Strong knowledge of database modeling, optimization, and advanced SQL Server querying
• Proven experience working with Microsoft technologies (C#)
• Hands‑on experience with Azure services and cloud‑based architectural patterns
• Familiarity with APIs and modern integration approaches
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑changing, dynamic environment
• Excellent communication skills—including clear verbal, written, and active listening capabilities
• Experience with incident and change management processes
• Ability to mentor, guide, and support the development of design and engineering skills within the team
• Resilience in high‑pressure situations and a proactive, solution‑focused mindset
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership, show initiative, and confidently drive technical direction within a team
