Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure accuracy and compliance of monthly and annual financial figures
* Collaborate with Shared Service Centers to improve processes and efficiency
* Manage quarterly SOX reporting and support statutory audits
* Prepare cash flow forecasts and business plans
* Analyze business performance and propose actionable improvements
* Lead ad hoc projects such as digital tool optimization, cost reduction, and process automation
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance
* 5+ years’ experience as an accountant, controller, or auditor
* Fluent in Dutch and English
* Strong skills in SAP, Power BI, Excel, and Microsoft tools
* Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented
* Knowledge of US GAAP, BE GAAP, and SOX is a plus
