We strive to keep all IT projects and operations under control while guiding our people to achieve Carrefour's strategic goals. We are looking for an experienced leader to oversee our IT Contracts, Vendors & Sourcing (CVS) organization while simultaneously taking ownership of our Software Asset Management (SAM) strategy.
Misson:
As an IT Contract, Vendor & Software Asset Manager, you are a functional cornerstone of our IT Governance, where influence and functional leadership are essential. You are responsible for supporting and enabling IT projects and operations by ensuring a secure and optimized contractual and software licensing environment.
In close collaboration with Procurement, Legal, Finance, HR, and Risk Management, you will manage an extensive portfolio of approximately 450 vendor contracts and 100 sourcing vendors. You will lead the department in terms of compliance, ethics, and financial efficiency, while managing a direct team of 4 professionals.
Key Responsibilities
* Team & Vendor Leadership: Define, staff, and supervise the CVS team. Manage complex, high-risk, and high-value contracts. Develop strategies and support RFP processes. Monitor vendor performance via SLAs and KPIs. Oversee IT HR Sourcing operations.
* Software Asset Management (SAM) & Contract Lifecycle: Act as the expert on software licensing. Manage the full lifecycle of software assets to ensure legal compliance and optimize spending. Lead software audits and resolve disputes. Maintain an up-to-date inventory of contracts and assets. Secure contract renewals and prevent "Shadow IT."
* Strategy, Finance & Purchasing: Serve as a member of the Contract & Assets Governance board. Ensure sourcing efforts align with business strategy. Responsible for IT purchasing and payment operations. Continuously improve the maturity of vendor management.
Profile
* Education & Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 5-10 years of experience in Contract/Vendor Management or SAM within the IT infrastructure sector for large enterprises.
* Technical Expertise: Thorough knowledge of IT services and infrastructure, and in-depth expertise in licensing models (Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, SaaS).
* Core Skills: Strong Project Management, Bid Management, and financial acumen.
* Leadership: Natural ability to connect, influence, and unite people.
* Languages: Native-level proficiency in Dutch or French, and professional command of English.
