You will work on exciting projects across various domains within the financial services industry. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist 360°, your main responsibilities include:
Execute head-hunting strategies to attract top finance and consultancy talent, utilizing a variety of channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, and referrals in Belgium and France.
Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings, including resume reviews, phone interviews, and assessments specific to the finance and consulting industry.
Manage the interview process, ensuring seamless coordination between candidates and hiring teams, providing an excellent candidate experience throughout.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring accuracy in candidate and client records, while monitoring recruitment progress.
Identifying potential business opportunities, conducting outreach (including cold calls), arranging meetings, and negotiating recruitment contracts if needed.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, gaining a deep understanding of their hiring needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions that align with the financial services industry.
Collaborate with hiring managers to fully grasp job requirements, assisting in the creation of detailed job descriptions for roles in finance, risk, compliance, and IT advisory.
Your Profile:
Are you someone who?
* Holds at least a bachelor’s or master’s degree?
* Has 1 to 3 years of experience in a recruitment agency or recruitment within a consultancy firm?
* Has experience in active sourcing, interviewing, networking, and negotiation?
* Is result-oriented and driven by achieving goals?
* Is a great communicator in Dutch/French and English?
* Has knowledge of employer branding via LinkedIn or other channels?
