Collector’s Needle is a cinematic curatorial platform documenting tattoo as a lasting art form.
We focus on craftsmanship, discipline, process, and artistic intent—placing the work itself at the center rather than trends or visibility. Through long-form films and archival work, we examine tattoo as a serious cultural practice shaped by time, refusal, and mastery.
We are seeking a disciplined, mid-level camera operator to execute productions across interviews, documentaries, studio environments, and international events. The role is fully in-house and operates primarily within the Sony FX ecosystem.
Profile:
3+ years professional camera operating experience
- Proven stability in previous roles (long-term engagement preferred)
- Strong technical foundation: camera, lighting, basic sound
- Disciplined workflow (media management, backups, delivery standards)
- Professional English (minimum B2)
- Valid passport · Legal right to work in Belgium

Collector’s Needle is een cinematografisch curatorieel platform dat tattoo documenteert als een blijvende kunstvorm.
Wij focussen op vakmanschap, discipline, proces en artistieke intentie, waarbij het werk centraal staat—niet trends of zichtbaarheid. Via long-form films en archiefwerking benaderen wij tattoo als een ernstige culturele praktijk, gevormd door tijd, weigering en meesterschap.
Wij zoeken een gedisciplineerde mid-level camera operator voor in-house producties: interviews, documentaires, studio-opnames en internationale events. De workflow verloopt hoofdzakelijk binnen het Sony FX-ecosysteem.
Profiel:
- 3+ jaar professionele ervaring als camera operator
- Aantoonbare stabiliteit in eerdere functies (langdurige tewerkstelling)
- Sterke technische basis: camera, licht, basis audio
- Strikte workflow- en deliverydiscipline
- Professioneel Engels (min. B2)
- Geldig paspoort · Wettig recht om in België te werken
