This role will drive the end-to-end delivery of new enterprise solutions, harmonised products, and streamlined business processes across multiple lines of business. The Program Director will report both to the COO and CTO while working in close alignment with the CIO, as well as senior business, technology, and group-level stakeholders. This is a unique opportunity to shape and drive a highly complex, business-critical transformation across one of the most significant operating regions within the Client group. This role will lead Client Benelux through initial phases of design, responsible for all in scope Lines of Business and workstreams. Key Responsibilities Lead the full program lifecycle: strategy, design, planning, implementation, and roll-out. Oversee delivery of the new core platform and target architecture with minimal localisation. Manage senior stakeholders across business and technology, ensuring strong alignment with regional and global leadership. Direct multi-vendor solution delivery, balancing business requirements with technical complexity. Drive program governance, benefits realisation, and long-term capability building. Adapt delivery to evolving strategic priorities. Proven leadership of large-scale transformation programs. Deep experience in multi-vendor Management.
