We are currently looking for two dedicated professionals. We have one project contract through the end of September (with a possibility of extension) and another through the end of the year. Job Description As Quality Tech Transfer Specialist, you provide vital quality expertise for internal and external manufacturing activities. You ensure seamless technical transfers and process validations while maintaining the highest regulatory standards. This role is a strategic partnership where you turn technical challenges into quality successes. Key Responsibilities Provide technical and operational quality expertise to assigned projects to ensure seamless drug substance and packaging production. Lead complex investigations and root cause analyses to maintain process integrity across global brands. Oversee technical transfers and analytical method validations to guarantee compliance and operational excellence. Partner with development and global quality teams to foster continuous improvement and innovative solutions. Coach and mentor colleagues within your area of expertise to develop top talent and drive departmental vision. Qualifications Strong Quality mindset with solid understanding of pharmaceutical regulations. Experience in technology transfer (process and/or analytical), ideally in a QA context. Operational QA background with ability to understand and challenge technical content. Experience with complex investigations, deviation management, and CAPAs. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English and good knowledge of French. Ability to work autonomously in a cross-functional and international environment.
