As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will become part of the corporate team, where we support our consultants throughout their journey.
What is your role?
You will join a team of three people, all motivated by the same goal of meeting future colleagues and creating an exciting career path for them. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish. You will:
* Analyze business needs,
* Determine a sourcing strategy and search for candidates, primarily through LinkedIn Recruiter, while building your network,
* Lead interviews to learn more about the candidates and represent CBTW,
* Present shortlisted candidates to Account Managers and select the best talents,
* Coordinate the recruitment process, ensuring everything runs smoothly and candidates meet with hiring managers, and provide relevant feedback after each step,
* Prepare and present offers, as well as handling negotiations and contract signings,
* Participate in job fairs and other events, representing CBTW,
* Actively participate within the Talent Acquisition team by collaborating with your colleagues, contributing to team dynamics and participating in joint training sessions,
* Define a recruitment strategy,
* Work on internal projects and employer branding initiatives.
What is your profile?
You have:
* A Bachelor's or Master's degree, with a specialization in Management, Human Resources or Psychology,
* You speak Dutch and English fluently, and ideally have a good level in French,
* Experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, ideally in the IT sector,
* Interest and curiosity in technology and innovation,
* Strong interpersonal skills and a people-oriented mindset that allow you to interact with candidates in a natural and professional manner,
* Plenty of empathy and the ability to exude confidence to both candidates and colleagues,
* A proactive attitude: you take initiative, bring things together and take responsibility,
* A solution-oriented attitude and a real team player,
* In short: you describe yourself as goal-oriented and people-oriented!
