HIGHLIGHTSLocation: Brussels + remote work after onboarding periodContract type: freelance assignment – 1 year contractUSP of the job: end-to-end ownership of Accounting in a complex transformation context YOUR ROLEWe are looking for an experiencedFreelance Accounting Leadto stabilize and transform the Finance & Accounting organization of a leading international corporate.This role goes far beyond day-to-day accounting: you will act as the right hand of the CFO, ensuring operational delivery while shaping processes, team structure and system integration. You will tackle urgent operational issues, drive process modernization and take ownership of both the "as is" and the "to be" finance setup.The assignment combines hands-on backlog clearing with strategic transformation and people management.
