Project Manager / Coordinator – Data Center Projects
The Modular Construction Project Manager operates in a fast-paced and highly technical data center construction environment. Acting as the on-site representative, this role ensures the effective planning, coordination, and supervision of modular installations, including industrial piping, cooling systems, related modules, as well as associated mechanical and process systems. The objective is to deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and in line with strict technical and quality standards. Prior experience in data center projects is essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate daily on-site activities with the General Contractor, subcontractors, and internal teams
* Serve as the on-site point of contact between the client, design teams, and installation teams
* Facilitate clear and effective communication across all stakeholders.
* Organize and supervise site work to ensure alignment with installation priorities and deadlines
* Track daily progress and provide regular status updates to the client and project stakeholders
* Support logistics coordination, including material deliveries, site access, and workforce allocation.
* Contribute to daily and weekly coordination meetings with contractors and the client
* Ensure compliance with site procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards
* Assist in resolving technical or coordination conflicts between trades
Profile
* Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering
* Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination or project management
* Proven experience in data center construction/installation projects (mandatory)
* Experience in industrial piping or related technical installation environments
* Professional proficiency in English
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
* Ability to adapt quickly and make decisions in a fast-paced site environment
* Leadership skills and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams without direct authority
* Strong team spirit and collaborative approach
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
