Support and lead consulting engagements with Energy & Utilities clients on strategic, organizational and digital transformation topics.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, challenging assumptions, bringing external perspective and ensuring strategic alignment between business ambition and execution.
Demonstrate high autonomy in structuring complex problems, conducting analyses and delivering actionable recommendations.
Analyze current operating models, processes and IT landscapes; identify improvement opportunities and design target states.
Support the delivery of transformation roadmaps (grid modernization, digital platforms, data & AI initiatives).
Facilitate workshops and working sessions with business and IT stakeholders.
Contribute to proposal writing, thought leadership and business development activities while proactively identifying new opportunities within existing accounts to support the growth of the Energy & Utilities practice.
Required Experience & Skills
5+ years of experience in consulting or industry roles within the Energy & Utilities sector.
Demonstrated knowledge within the Energy & Utilities: candidates must show clear understanding of core sector challenges, energy market dynamics, regulatory environments and operating models.
Experience in digital transformation, operational excellence or large‑scale change programs.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate strategy into actionable initiatives.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging senior management.
Comfortable working in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
