This role combines strategic leadership with operational excellence in a digital-first, highly flexible environment.Key accountabilities1.Financial Oversight & ReportingLead all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.Validate financial statements in accordance with Belgian GAAP and IFRS.Oversee budget planning, allocation, and monitoring across departments.Ensure accurate financial statistics, reporting, and referrals.Enhance financial resilience through proactive liquidity and cash flow managementEngage with ESG reporting providing financial insights and support2. Compliance & Risk ManagementEnsure full compliance with Belgian and international tax regulations.Manage tax audits and liaise with tax authorities.Oversee transfer pricing and compliance for foreign entities.3. Internal Controls & Process ImprovementDrive continuous improvement in financial procedures and internal controls.Lead the optimization of Dynamics 365, including automation of financial reporting.Maintain and update the finance manual and internal procedures.4. Strategic Leadership & AdvisoryProvide financial insights and strategic input to the Global Leadership Team.Coordinate financial aspects of strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives.Act as a key advisor on financial obligations, risks, and opportunities.5.
