Your Responsibilities | Transfer Agent – AIF – Compliance – Transfer Agency - PSF
* You will be in charge of overseeing the smooth daily operations as a part of the Transfer Agency team. These procedures include the creation and upkeep of the funds.
* You will be in charge of overseeing transactions by verifying and documenting all issued transactions.
* You will communicate with the registrar as the initial point of contact with investors and ensure that dividend payments and other transactions are issued on schedule.
* Throughout the lifespan of the businesses and for the onboarding of investment vehicles, you will be responsible for doing AML/KYT due diligence checks.
* To guarantee efficient and legal operations, you will also take the lead on the introduction of a new KYC information management system.

* You have at least two years of experience as Transfer Agent in Luxembourg, preferably in an AIFM or PFS.
* Your spoken and written English are both at a fluent level. You also speak French.
