About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Level 2 Onsite Support Engineer to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, operational setting where system uptime is critical.

Responsibilities:

1. Installations, Moves, Adds, Changes, and Decommissioning (IMACD)
">
2. Standard Software and OS support (Windows 10 & 11)
">
3. Hardware break/fix services, including OEM warranty management
">
4. VPN support and troubleshooting
">
5. Device staging via Autopilot (Lenovo Cloud/Intune), PXE config, or USB stick
">
6. PC Asset and Configuration Management process support
">
7. ServiceNow database management integrated with SCCM
">
8. Support for end-user devices (PCs, workstations, printers, mobility)
">
9. Ricoh toner and waste bottle management (pickup, sorting, and storage)
">
10. Onboarding and offboarding support for end users
">
">
11. Requirements:
">
12. 5+ years of experience as an IT Technician (preferably in MSP or multi-client environments)
">
13. Strong experience with MS 365 administration
">
14. Proficient in desktop OS (Windows 10 & 11)
">
15. Active Directory expertise
">
16. Fluent in French, English, and Dutch
">
17. Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and customer service skills
">
18. Able to work autonomously and take initiative without onsite supervision
">
19. Familiarity with key hardware and platforms: Android, Microsoft, Apple, Lenovo, Cisco
">
