Assignment: As a Business Architect, you will contribute to various deliverables for the projects of the B2C Food Service Center. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing the architecture work to enable more accurate estimates and organization of the workload and required resources for the architecture tasks. Developing possible architectural business solutions for projects and programs, enabling management to make informed decisions. Supporting the Project Manager in structuring the project work by clearly outlining work packages and their dependencies, ensuring accurate estimation and organization of the workload and resources needed to deliver the business solution. Communicating the Business Architecture content to the project teams, ensuring they can focus on delivering the desired business solution. Monitoring the Business Architecture during the realization phase to ensure alignment with the chosen strategy. Proactively offering ideas that can add value for a Partner or domain. Supporting project initiation for approved business ideas.
