Your Mission
As International Sales Specialist - Food, Pet Food, Feed & Technical applications - BtB markets, you will reinforce our sales team (new position) and will play a key role in expanding our global presence in the Food, Pet Food, Feed & Technical applications markets.
Your mission is to develop and manage customer relationships internationally, ensuring profitable and sustainable growth while maintaining NATIX’s commitment to quality, innovation, and responsibility.
You will be responsible for negotiating commercial agreements within the framework of internal guidelines — including pricing, volumes, delivery schedules, and terms — and for ensuring smooth coordination between customers and internal teams to deliver outstanding service and long-term partnerships.
Your Roles
1. Commercial Development & Negotiation
* Manage and grow existing accounts across the Food, Pet Food, Feed & Technical applications.
* Identify and prospect new customers globally, converting opportunities into tangible business results.
* Negotiate commercial agreements (pricing, volumes, delivery conditions, lead times, and payment terms).
* Prepare, present, and follow up on offers in close collaboration with the Sales Back Office.
* Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure efficient after-sales support.
* Apply sound understanding of Incoterms and international trade practices to structure and secure deals effectively.
2. Market & Customer Insight
* Build a deep understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and competitive trends.
* Gather and share market intelligence with R&D, Marketing, QA and Operations to align developments with market demand.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Act as a key interface between customers and internal teams (R&D, Quality, Operations, Marketing).
* Ensure clear communication of client expectations and anticipate potential operational challenges.
* Support product positioning and participate in industry fairs, marketing campaigns, and technical discussions when needed.
* Create an efficient partnership with the sales back office team to level-up our customer support.
4. International Travel & Representation
* Represent NATIX at international trade shows, client visits, and industry events.
* Travel worldwide (≈10-20% as of today) to strengthen partnerships and develop new opportunities.
What You Bring
* A Bachelor or Master’s degree in international business, marketing, or any revevant field.
* A scientific background can be an asset if paired with strong commercial skills.
* Proven interest/experience in the Food, Pet Food, Feed & Technical applications domain is key
* 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally in Food, Pet Food & Feed, or related Life Sciences sectors.
* Proven ability to negotiate complex international deals and manage multicultural customer relationships.
* Working knowledge of Incoterms and international logistics practices is a strong asset.
* Fluent in English (essential); French is a plus. Any other language is an asset.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
* Willingness to travel and thrive in an international, cross-functional environment.
Work Environment & Conditions
* Full-time position (39 hours/week, Monday to Friday).
* Permanent contract
* Hybrid work model: minimum 2 days/week in Villers-le-Bouillet, 1 day in Waterloo or Villers-le-Bouillet (your choice), and up to 2 days home office when suitable.
* Competitive salary package, aligned with requiered experience and performance: includes lunch vouchers, individual bonus, pension and hospitalization insurance schemes, and a company car according to the company car policy.
* Significant international travel required to build and maintain strong client relationships.
