Our client, a major player in Belgium, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior District Managers to drive the performance of its agency networks in the Charleroi region.
You will be responsible for the animation and performance of around twenty offices in Charleroi, including team management, business development and customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities:
5. Team management: Supervise, coach and motivate a team of Office Managers, supporting them in achieving their individual and collective goals. Manage HR issues (absenteeism, union relations) with the support of the regional HR team.
6. Commercial performance: Drive the key performance indicators (KPIs) of the offices in your district. Implement action plans to optimize sales and service quality.
7. Operational management: Supervise the daily organization of offices, ensuring the optimization of resources and the proper application of processes. Collaborate with planning teams to manage staff and ensure the opening of offices.
8. Project management : Actively participate in strategic projects, piloting initiatives and proposing innovative solutions.
9. Union relations: Manage relations with unions at the local and regional level, participating in meetings and contributing to the resolution of issues.
10. Collaboration and reporting: You will work closely with the Regional Manager, the regional HR team and the headquarters teams. You will participate in regional and national meetings.
About the ideal candidate
11. Leadership and People Management
Minimum years of experience in leadership roles.
Strong coaching skills to motivate and develop teams.
Proven ability to manage complex HR issues, including union relations.
12. Strategic and Operational Expertise
Experience in operational and project management in the retail or service sector.
Familiarity with sales processes, KPIs, and action planning for continuous improvement.
13. Sector Knowledge and Technical Skills
Understanding of retail banking products, financial services, and related IT systems.
Knowledge of HR policies, compliance procedures, and accounting principles.
14. Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Excellent communicator, capable of building trust with teams, unions, and stakeholders.
Ability to manage stress and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
15. Language Proficiency
