Business Developer EV & Mobility - Belgium - Salary DOE
Location: Belgium (hybrid with travel)

We are recruiting a Business Developer EV & Mobility for a growing Belgian mobility company expanding their EV offering as demand from fleet operators accelerates.
The Role
You will be the internal EV expert, advising customers on charging solutions, enabling the wider sales team and building partnerships across the EV ecosystem. This is a commercial role with real depth, sitting within a broader mobility proposition rather than a standalone EV silo. The role covers the full country so you can expect to be on the road regularly, visiting customers and partners across Belgium.
What You'll Be Doing
* Developing new and existing business with a strong focus on EV charging
* Advising companies on home, workplace and public charging solutions
* Supporting and enabling the wider sales team on all EV topics
* Building and managing partnerships across the charging ecosystem
* Translating market trends and customer needs into commercial opportunities
* Regular travel across Belgium to meet customers, partners and attend key industry events
Who We're Looking For
A driven medior, 3 to 6 years of commercial experience in business development, sales or account management, with genuine affinity for EV, charging, fleet, leasing, energy or mobility. Entrepreneurial, self-starting and comfortable in an autonomous team environment. Trilingual in Dutch, French and English is essential.
