As a bridge between commercial and business unit teams, you’ll help define how we bring our offerings to market, shape channel and pricing strategies, and act as a voice of the customer within the organization.Define and execute forward-looking sales and profitability strategiesSet and track annual regional sales targets in alignment with leadershipOptimize sales team performance in partnership with country sales leadersGuide strategic pricing and business-unit-specific marketing roadmapsIdentify and pursue new growth opportunities with Business UnitsEngage with Key Opinion Leaders and strategic customers to drive impactEnhance commercial capabilities across markets and customer groupsLead cross-functional teams and align internal stakeholders around prioritiesContribute to talent selection, development, and a collaborative cultureDeliver market and competitive intelligence to shape product and marketing strategiesYour profileDegree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field (Master’s preferred8+ years experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or life sciences sector within the EMEA regionStrong business acumen with domain expertise in Preanalytics (e.g. Labs)Proven record of driving commercial growth in complex, matrix organizationsExcellent understanding of healthcare procurement and solution-based salesHighly collaborative, with strong influencing and communication skillsExperience in leading cross-functional initiatives and managing virtual teamsFluent in English; additional languages are a plusWillingness to travel internationally on a regular basisOur OfferWe offer you an exciting and autonomous role in a modern, collaborative working environment.
