Function
Would you like to contribute to protecting Patient Safety by securing the European Pharmaceutical Market?
As IT Product Owner, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery and evolution of EMVO's IT and business solutions by working closely with the CIO Office, business stakeholders, and technical teams. You will contribute to product ownership, business analysis, and project management activities for European-level systems, including the European Alert Management System and the EU Hub. You will help ensure that business needs are clearly defined, prioritised, and translated into effective digital solutions.
More specifically, as IT Product Owner, you will be responsible for:
* Supporting the CIO Office in managing and coordinating IT initiatives and projects across EMVO.
* Gathering, analysing, and documenting business and functional requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
* Translating business needs into user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with technical teams.
* Contributing to the ongoing development and improvement of EMVO systems, including the European Alert Management System and the EU Hub.
* Coordinating with project managers, vendors, and stakeholders to support timely and high-quality delivery.
* Ensuring that EMVO's solutions meet business and regulatory expectations.
Profile
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Basic understanding of product ownership, business analysis, or project management principles.
* Interest in IT systems, digital platforms, and European-scale solutions.
* Familiarity with Agile or structured project environments is an advantage.
* Strong analytical and structured thinking skills.
* Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Good organisational and prioritisation skills.
* Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
* Certifications in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Agile, or Project Management are a plus

Languages
