About the Role As a Business Developer for the BENELUX region, you will play a central role in growing ETAP's market presence and customer base. You'll promote cutting-edge digital solutions that support safer and more sustainable electrical infrastructures. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in identifying opportunities, building relationships, and driving strategic growth in a technical environment. Your Responsibilities Develop and execute business development strategies to expand ETAP's footprint in the BENELUX region Identify, qualify, and win new business opportunities Manage and grow relationships with existing customers and key stakeholders Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations online, on-site, and at events Build and manage a strong opportunity pipeline and deliver accurate forecasts Collaborate closely with internal teams (product management, marketing, Schneider Electric & AVEVA teams) Support and coordinate customer workshops, seminars, and industry activities Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive developments Your Profile Experience in business development or technical sales within the electrical engineering or industrial software sector Fluency in Dutch, French, and English Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Automation Technology or related field Strong track record in solution selling and/or power system engineering Excellent communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and holder of a valid Class B driving licence Let us learn about you!
