As a Polyvalent Accountant, you'll play a key role in keeping our finances on track and our business moving forward. Your main responsibilities include:
* Accurately recording financial transactions in line with local regulations.
* Owning the AP & AR processes to keep everything running smoothly.
* Preparing clear monthly reports and supporting budget monitoring.
* Reconciling bank statements and quickly resolving discrepancies.
* Supporting tax filings and acting as a contact point for external auditors.
* Maintaining reliable financial records for both internal and external stakeholders.
* Improving accounting processes and systems to boost efficiency.
* Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations.
Jouw profiel
A successful Polyvalent Accountant brings:
* A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
* Experience in the property industry (a strong plus!)
* Proficiency with accounting software and Excel
* Sharp analytical skills and a solution-driven mindset
* Great attention to detail and a proactive approach
* Strong communication skills in English and Dutch written and verbal
* Ability to juggle priorities and always meet deadlines
