Key Responsibilities

Compile market data and prepare negotiation presentations

Assist with building arguments and strategy with multinational partners

Analyze product ranges and ensure pricing accuracy in tools and systems

Coordinate pricing implementation across various countries (e.g. France, Germany, Poland, Benelux...)

Liaise with local country teams and provide negotiation support

Support with documentation, meeting prep, and follow-ups

Take part in cross-functional projects
*
Assist with administrative tasks related to annual negotiations and supplier talks
Qualities of a Successful Candidate
*
Bachelor's degree, ideally in business, international trade, or food/agri-related fields
*
Fluent in English and French; German or Dutch is a strong plus
*
Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
*
Strong Excel and MS Office skills
*
Communicative and comfortable in multicultural teams

Detail-oriented and well-organized
*
