Service description:
He /she will manage (day to day) the Windows and Citrix Server environments. (80% Windows – 20% Citrix)
We look for an operator, not an architect.
· Manage (day to day) = second-level support; pick up cases helpdesk cannot solve.
· Investigation in case of environment or user issue
· Will join a team of 6 peoples
Requirements:
· Understanding + proven experience of following domains is a must:
· Citrix (The candidate should have the skills IT operators need to manage a highly available environment comprised of Virtual Apps and Desktops Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, Citrix Workspace app, Director, Studio, Profile Management and NetScaler (that resides on-premises) (medior level)
· Windows Server 2016 -2025 (medior level)
· Must be able to speak/understand
· Dutch
· French
· English
· Networking and security principles
· Understanding and experience of following domains- products is a PLUS
· Citrix Certified Associate – Virtualization (CCA-V)
· Citrix Certified Associate – App Delivery and Security (CCA-AppDS)
· Active Directory
· MS Exchange
· MS SCOM - MS SCCM
· VMWare vSphere ESX
· PowerShell
· Netapp storage management (L1-2)
· PRTG monitoring
· Anti-malware solutions :
· Trend Micro Deep Security
· Scanmail
· Mailmarshall
· TMCM
· Powershell advanced knowledge is a plus
· Speaking and understanding German is a plus !
