The Finance Business Partner provides financial insights, analysis, and guidance to support strategic decision-making and drive business performance. You act as a liaison between finance and operational teams to ensure operating plans align with business strategies and financial targets.
As Finance Business Partner, you will:
Lead the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes, aligning operating plans with business strategies and financial targets;
Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to improve profitability, cost management and operational efficiency;
Support management with clear reporting and KPI monitoring;
Partner with operational teams to align financial and business objectives;
Drive cost optimization and profitability improvements;
Evaluate potential investments, projects and capital expenditures through robust financial modelling;
Ensure compliance and manage financial risks;
Improve and streamline financial processes.
You’ll have a strategic impact, work closely with leadership, and help shape the financial future of the organization.
What You Bring
Proven experience in business controlling;
Strong financial analysis, modelling, and forecasting skills;
Analytical mindset and strong problemsolving abilities;
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management;
A collaborative, proactive, and businessminded approach;
Fluency in Dutch and English is required; French is a plus;
Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent;
Experience with financial systems (e.g., Dynamics 365 F&O, Power BI, Excel).
