Your challenges

1. Coordinate and follow up on customer service, repair, and maintenance requests, maintaining accurate records and working closely with the Service Manager.
2. Ensure timely dispatch of appropriately certified Field Service Engineers and manage in-house repairs, always aligning with contractual requirements.
3. Prepare and follow up on correspondence, quotations, and contract proposals, delivering high-quality, customer-focused service and strong administrative support.
4. Manage the full invoicing and administration process for the Service department, including documentation, CRM input, inventory, and ordering technical parts and spare parts for Field Service Engineers.
5. Maintain a professional, proactive, and customer-focused approach, acting as a trusted advisor, clearly communicating with customers and colleagues, and supporting cross-selling initiatives.
6. Demonstrate strong organizational skills through effective pre-call planning, follow-ups, and providing back-office support as needed.
Your expertise:
7. Previous experience as a service coordinator in a fast-paced, reactive service environment is essential, along with strong customer service skills and a professional telephone manner.
8. Solid numeracy skills and a good understanding of figures are vital for the role.
9. Experience in an office or sales environment and knowledge of commercial contracts are desirable.
10. Highly proficient in MS Word and Excel, with accurate keyboard skills and knowledge of SAP.
11. Demonstrate strong time management, attention to detail, adaptability, multitasking, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
