Key responsibilities
* Define and implement the supply chain roadmap, translating strategy into an actionable annual plan
* Lead and deliver transformation and improvement projects across the division
* Analyze and optimize the supply chain (processes, workforce planning, operating methods)
* Act as a subject matter expert in supply chain, supporting and advising plant managers
* Drive collaboration across sites and divisions, ensuring alignment and efficiency
* Contribute to cross-functional platforms and represent operations at group level
* Work closely with senior stakeholders and report directly to the division leadership
Your profile
* Proven experience in supply chain within an industrial environment
* Experience in change management and transformation projects xphnsxz
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to handle complex environments
* Proactive, structured and solution-oriented
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Fluent in Dutch and French (essential for collaboration)
* Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP is a plus)
