Your Responsibilities LIZY is looking for a Team Lead Outbound to drive and scale our new business acquisition across European markets in which LIZY operates. At a pivotal stage of growth, you will play a key role in building and leading our outbound motion, generating pipeline, closing strategic deals and coaching a high-performing sales team. Drive outbound acquisition Lead and execute the outbound strategy to generate new business across LIZY’s key markets Identify, prioritize and target high-potential accounts within our ICP Collaborate closely with BDRs to refine targeting, messaging and outreach strategies Own the full sales cycle Engage with prospects and understand their business challenges and mobility needs Manage the full sales cycle from qualification to closing Structure proposals, negotiate contracts and secure deals Lead and develop the outbound team Manage, coach and develop a team of BDRs and outbound Account Executives Set clear targets and ensure consistent pipeline generation and conversion Foster a high-performance culture focused on execution, accountability and learning Optimize the go-to-market strategy Continuously refine ICP, sales messaging and value proposition based on market feedback Work closely with Sales Ops to improve outbound playbooks and processes Provide insights to leadership on market trends, customer needs and growth opportunities ♂️ About You Experience 5 years in B2B sales, including experience in a fast-growing or scale-up environment Proven track record as a top performer; outbound expertise is a strong plus Strong negotiation, closing and pipeline management skills Previous team leadership or management experience Mindset Hands-on, execution-driven and entrepreneurial, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Highly customer-centric, focused on delivering real value in fast-changing environments Leadership & Communication Passionate about building and coaching high-performing teams Able to set ambitious goals, inspire others and influence stakeholders Market Fit Fluent in French and English, Dutch or trilingual candidates are a plus.
