To support our growing production needs, we are looking for a junior graphic design intern specialised in print, digital presentations and web/social formats.
As a graphic design intern at Cartoonbase, you will:
Support the team in creating print materials (brochures, posters, reports, infographics)
Design digital communication assets (presentations, Google Slides, PowerPoint, social media visuals)
Contribute to web and UI-related content (visual assets, layouts, mockups — Figma)
Apply brand guidelines across multiple formats and channels
Prepare production-ready files for print and digital delivery
Occasionally contribute to visual concepts during brainstorming sessions
You will report to the Producer (Head of Studio) and the Creative Director, and collaborate closely with project managers and the creative team.
We are looking for someone with:
Strong foundation in graphic design principles (typography, layout, colour, hierarchy)
Good command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
Experience with presentation design (Google Slides / PowerPoint)
Familiarity with Figma or UI layout tools is a plus
Interest in both print and digital design ecosystems
Detail-oriented mindset and good organisational skills
Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Fluency in French or English (Dutch is a plus)
Internship conditions:
Internship agreement provided by your school is mandatory
Duration: 3 to 6 months
Basic knowledge of English required

A 30-minute interview with the Producer / Head of Studio to discuss your experience, motivations and the role
