Overview We are supporting a leading organisation in the financial services sector in their search for a
Senior SAP HCM / ECC HR Technical Consultant
. This role will focus on supporting and enhancing an
on-premise SAP ECC HR landscape
, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure stability, optimisation, and ongoing development of core HR systems.
Key Responsibilities Provide technical expertise across
SAP ECC HCM / HR modules
(PA, OM, PY, Time, etc.) Design, develop, and maintain
custom enhancements and developments (ABAP)
within the HR landscape Support and optimise
existing HR processes and system functionalities Work closely with business stakeholders to
gather and translate requirements into technical solutions Troubleshoot and resolve
technical issues and incidents
within the HR system Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure
smooth system operations and delivery Contribute to
ongoing system improvements and future roadmap discussions
Key Requirements Proven experience as an
SAP HCM / ECC HR Technical Consultant Strong expertise in
on-premise SAP ECC HR environments Solid
ABAP development experience
within HR modules Good understanding of
HR business processes and data structures Experience working in
complex enterprise environments Strong communication skills and ability to work with both
technical and functional stakeholders Fluent in
English
(French or Dutch also preffered)
Nice to Have Experience with
SuccessFactors integration or hybrid landscapes Exposure to
SAP HR payroll or time management Experience in
financial services or regulated environments
