Specialist in Robot-Assisted Minimally Invasive Procedures Regina Maria is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Urology Surgeon with expertise in robot-assisted surgery using the da Vinci Xi robotic platform. The ideal candidate will have advanced surgical skills, a strong background in minimally invasive urologic procedures, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Perform a wide range of urological surgeries, with a core focus on robot-assisted procedures (prostatectomy, nephrectomy, cystectomy, reconstructive urology, etc.) using the cutting-edge da Vinci Xi platform.
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with urological conditions, ensuring comprehensive and personalized care.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including anesthesiologists, oncologists, radiologists, and nursing staff, to provide coordinated treatment plans.
Participate in teaching, mentoring, and training medical staff, residents, and fellows in robotic-assisted surgery.
Contribute to ongoing research, innovation, and quality improvement initiatives in the field of robotic urology.
Ensure all surgical protocols and patient safety standards are met, maintaining accurate medical records and full compliance with hospital policies and regulations.
Profile
You must possess a medical degree (MD/DO or equivalent) and be board certified/eligible in Urology. Demonstrated proficiency and case experience with the da Vinci Xi surgical system is essential.
Full relocation to Romania is required; partial relocation or commuting from abroad is not possible.
You hold a valid medical license (or eligibility for licensing) in Romania. Candidates from the EU are eligible for rapid licensing. Candidates from outside the EU will require additional verification.
