Your Profile
A minimum of 3 years experience is required.
You are fluent in Dutch & French, English is a plus
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Customer Portfolio Management:
* Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
* Develop positive relationships with clients.
* Act as the point of contact and handle customers' individual needs and requests.
* Respond to customers' queries in a timely manner.
* Work to satisfy customers' needs and requests.
* Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers.
Business Development
* Generate new business in line with the strategy of the company by using existing and potential customer networks.
* Support the Marketing Team in external communication.
* Participate in external events.
Sales Administration
* Take care of proper registration and encoding within CRM.
* Report on the status of accounts and transactions.
* Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company strategy and objectives.
* Monitor sales metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
* Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Security:
* Knowledge of company information security policies, privacy rules, and procedures.
* Ability to identify and report suspicious behavior or phishing or social engineering attempts.
* Knowledge of security practices for managing sensitive and personal information.
