We Are Looking For:
A Senior Program/Change Manager with 7+ years of experience leading Microsoft 365 projects, in banking financial sector.
Role Overview:
Lead a project focused on integrating Microsoft 365 services (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint), Azure data platform components, and enabling Microsoft Copilot.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Strategy
Represent internal stakeholders and align project goals with strategic objectives.
Collaborate closely with external implementation partners.
Governance & Reporting
Establish project governance (roles, responsibilities, escalation paths).
Lead regular Steering Committee (SteerCo) meetings and maintain transparent reporting.
Escalate critical issues and keep leadership informed on progress.
Supplier Management
Manage vendor relationships, ensuring scope, timelines, and deliverables are met.
Facilitate clear communication and issue resolution across all parties.
Project Planning & Execution
Develop and track work plans, tasks, and milestones.
Monitor risks, address deviations, and ensure successful integration of Microsoft 365, Azure components, and Copilot.
Change Management & Adoption
Drive user adoption through coordinated change strategies.
Encourage understanding and use of Copilot across teams, adapting based on feedback.
Required Experience & Skills
7+ years in IT program management, with strong Microsoft 365 experience.
Proven track record in digital transformation or enterprise software projects within banking or financial services.
Deep knowledge of compliance, regulatory, and security standards in FSIs.
Expertise in Microsoft 365 enterprise tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange).
Familiarity with Azure Data Lake, Synapse, Data Factory, Power BI, and integration with M365.
Strong vendor and stakeholder management experience.
Ability to lead change and overcome resistance, particularly around AI tools like Microsoft Copilot.
