Job Description
As a Senior Corporate Lawyer, you will play a key role in driving our M&A transactional work and corporate advisory services. This position provides the opportunity for you to take on high-profile international transactions while maintaining a strong presence in the Belgian local market as well. You will work alongside a highly skilled team, with significant exposure to senior stakeholders and clients.
The Successful Applicant
* Master in Belgian Law: Proficient in Belgian corporate law, with experience in Belgian legal matters.
* Experience: At least 4-7 years of experience in corporate law, M&A transactions, and international work.
* Training: Ideally trained at a large, reputable law firm with experience handling significant cross-border transactions.
* Languages: Excellent knowledge of French and English. Knowledge of Dutch is an asset.
* Client-Focused: Ability to engage directly with clients and handle key client relationships with confidence.
* Work Environment: Thrive in a collaborative setting, where autonomy and visibility are key to career development.
