For Mobis Parts Europe in Beringen, we are looking for motivated warehouse operators to support a modern automation project within the warehouse.
You will start in a project-based role, where you will be fully involved in the optimization and reorganization of the warehouse during the initial phase. Afterwards, there are opportunities to grow into a position as an order picker and further develop your career within the company.
Your Responsibilities
During your initial phase within the automation project, you will be responsible for:
1. Moving goods within the warehouse
2. Picking products from racks and storing them in the correct locations
3. Working according to the instructions of the automation system
4. Checking goods and locations for accuracy
5. Maintaining order and cleanliness in the warehouse
After this phase, your responsibilities may expand to include more general warehouse tasks such as:
6. Order picking using a handheld scanner (optionally with BT/RT equipment)
7. Packing and preparing shipments
8. Loading and unloading trucks
9. Performing quality checks on goods
Profiel
10. You have a good command of English (Dutch is a plus)
11. Experience as a warehouse worker is an advantage, but not required
12. You work accurately and follow instructions carefully
13. You are comfortable with physical work
14. You are a team player with a hands-on mentality
15. You have a strong focus on safety
16. You are motivated and reliable
17. You are willing to work in a 2-shift system (06:00–14:00 & 14:00–22:00, alternating weekly)

Attractive salary package:
21. Starting salary: €17.38/hour
22. After 7 months: €17.90/hour
23. After 16 months: €18.81/hour
24. Shift allowance of 10%
