We are seeking a mobile business development manager to join us and help the company to build the local ecosystem, especially for telecom construction projects in the Latin American Region.
Responsibilities
* To achieve sales targets by identifying and securing business opportunities from prospective customers in the region.
* Establish responsible and responsive business relationships with customers and partners including problem reporting/service modification/billing issues, etc.
* Develop and execute sales strategies for exploring new customers and business opportunities to maximize sales prospects and company’s market penetration.
* Orchestrate externally and internally to close deals as well as ensure successful delivery.
* Collect marketing intelligence and help to localize China Mobile's products and services. Take lead to build up related capabilities in the region.
* Frequent travel to customer sites, attending events and business meetings are needed.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Telecommunication Engineering or related majors.
* Experience in direct sales of mobile products.
* Good knowledge of international telecom market trends and technology.
* Ability to work independently and react quickly to customer requirement changes.
* Ability to manage the business cycle and close deals in a dynamic setting.
* Strong drive to achieve results with enthusiasm and energy.
* Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
* Respect for cultural differences and ability to adapt to new environments quickly.
* Proficiency in both English and Portuguese is required.
* Experience: Mobile Telecom Sales or BD 8 years (Preferred).
