What you do
1. Product Development:
1. Coordinate new product development for SYNQ.
2. Collect and prioritize customer and market needs.
3. Define product specifications with R&D, sourcing, certification, and sales teams.
4. Align country-specific requirements and collaborate with the Business Development Team.
2. Product Management:
5. Organize product launches, define pricing strategies, and set sales forecasts.
6. Ensure product availability and validate technical information.
7. Work with marketing on communication and promotional materials.
8. Participate in (international) trade shows and sales meetings.
9. Manage inventory, forecasting, and monitor product quality.
10. Provide daily support to the sales team regarding the product range.
3. Product Lifecycle Management:
11. Continuously improve products based on market and customer feedback.
12. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
13. Analyze sales trends to optimize the product range.
14. Coordinate product phase-outs and propose actions for end-of-life products.

Preferred Qualifications
23. Bachelor’s degree in Textile Technology or Fashion Technology, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
24. Experience in the apparel, workwear, or PPE industry is a plus.
25. Experience in product development is a plus.
26. 1–3 years of experience in product or category management is a plus (junior level acceptable with strong potential).
27. Fluent knowledge of English and Dutch. Good knowledge of French is a plus.
28. Good knowledge of MS Office package Excel; PowerPoint, Power BI or similar tools are an advantage.
29. Willing to travel abroad to a limited extent
