Key Responsibilities:
* Implement local and international procurement strategies to secure optimal terms.
* Manage supplier negotiations, contracts, and strategic sourcing for projects.
* Oversee governance, implementation, and reporting of procurement processes.
* Drive performance improvements using KPIs and ensure compliance with purchasing policies.
* Build relationships with efficient, sustainable suppliers and negotiate framework agreements.
* Conduct supplier evaluations, occasional site visits, and quality assessments.
* Promote innovation and digitization within procurement work flows.
* Collaborate closely with sales, project teams, and the global procurement community.
Qualities of a Successful Candidate:
* Master's degree in a technical field
* 5-10 years of experience in procurement or similar roles.
* Expertise in strategic procurement, electrification projects
* Analytical skills with a strong ability to optimize processes and drive results.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills
* Fluent in French, Dutch, and English.
* Proven ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to complex environments.
