The group works with complex operations, numerous entities and a strong international footprint, requiring robust reporting frameworks and high-quality consolidated financials. The company will soon open its offices in Walloon Brabant.DescriptionYou will lead the consolidation and reporting function, oversee IFRS compliance and safeguard the accuracy, consistency and timeliness of group accounts. As a key advisor to senior finance leadership, you will drive harmonisation of accounting practices and continuous improvement of the consolidation environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSteer the monthly, quarterly and annual consolidation under IFRSEnsure quality and completeness of consolidated accounts (eliminations, minority interests, acquisitions/divestments…)Lead the preparation of the group's statutory financial statements and quarterly reportingAct as main point of contact for external auditorsManage and optimise the consolidation system (HFM or equivalent)Develop reporting structures, dashboards and closing-process improvementsSupport M&A activities (PPA, integration, system setup)Collaborate closely with FP&A, treasury and local accounting teamsProfileMaster's degree in Finance/Accounting; professional qualification (CPA, ACCA…) is an asset6-10 years of experience in consolidation or audit within an international contextStrong IFRS expertise and ability to handle complex accounting topicsRigorous, analytical and comfortable with tight deadlinesExcellent communication with the ability to influence stakeholders across countriesFluent in English and French (Dutch is a plus)Job OfferOur client offers a complete salary package in line with your experience.
