The mission
The mission of the Export Manager is to strengthen and grow ProNails' international distributor network by building trusted, long-term relationships and helping partners perform better in their local markets. The role is about creating sustainable value through coaching, guidance and strategic insight while contributing actively to the brand's international expansion.
The role
1. You act as the main point of contact for international distributors and build strong, trust-based partnerships.
2. You analyse distributor performance and help identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
3. You support distributors with concrete commercial, strategic and operational insights.
4. You collaborate closely with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing and Product Development to align international initiatives.
5. You contribute to identifying and developing new distributor opportunities and take part in international events and key initiatives.
6. You represent ProNails' premium positioning in every interaction, both internally and externally.
The profile we are looking for
7. You have experience working with distribution networks or indirect sales models, ideally in an international or multicultural environment.
8. You are comfortable with long sales cycles and relationship-driven business models.
9. You communicate easily, build trust naturally and know how to balance empathy with assertiveness.
10. You are brand- and value-oriented rather than price-driven, and motivated by long-term impact.
11. Experience in beauty, cosmetics or premium brands is an advantage but not a requirement.
12. You are fluent in English; Dutch and/or French are considered a plus.
