Support transactions: due diligence & regulatory compliance
Draft & negotiate:

Share Purchase Agreements
Shareholders' Agreements
Manage external legal advisors
Data protection (interim DPO) :
Ensure GDPR compliance
Advise on:
Data processing legality
Proportionality & minimization
Act as contact point for authorities & data subjects
Lead training & awareness initiatives
Innovation & technology:
Support R&D, Digital & IT teams
Draft & negotiate:
Innovation partnerships
Licensing agreements
Pilot / PoC / IT contracts
Ensure proper IP allocation
Collaborate with business & tech stakeholders
General legal support:
Provide day-to-day legal advice
Monitor regulatory changes
Support dispute management
Your profile
Master's in Law
Up to 7 years' experience in:
M&A / corporate law
Data protection (GDPR)
Contracts / xphnsxz IP
Experience in law firms or corporate environments
Civil law knowledge is a plus
